Alphascapes landscaping company was established 2001 by European landscaping specialist, Hannes Bauer – an experienced landscape architect.

Hannes studied horticulture and landscaping in his native Germany which led him into organic agriculture before moving to New Zealand in 1999 and founding Alphascapes Ltd.  He has now settled with his family in the idyllic beachside town of Te Awanga, in beautiful Hawke’s Bay.

Hannes has over 20 years industry experience and has worked throughout Europe, California and Australasia.
